Helping customers manage energy consumption

AGL offers a range of products and services to help our customers manage their energy consumption. These include:

  • Home energy consultations for small customers;
  • Solar PV installations for residential, small business and commercial customers;
  • AGL’s residential LED lighting program; and
  • AGL’s home services business providing customers with access to hot water, heating and cooling solutions for their homes.

AGL Energy Services supports AGL’s larger business customers by providing energy productivity solutions that help them effectively manage their energy consumption and reduce costs.

    Hi, I registered for my AGL IQ, but can only see historic power consumption. Although I can physically record my Smartmeter (Polyphase) readings, I have to calculate my consumption manually in a spreadsheet.

    I was hoping / expecting My AGL IQ to be able to show my current consumption patterns, even if delayed by a day. Historic information is useful, but not everyone will be able to calculate and monitor consumption patterns for the current period, or am I missing it somewhere?

      Hi Jacobus,

      Thanks for your comment, we’re sorry to hear of your difficulties with My AGL IQ. If your property has a smart meter installed, usage should be updated daily and show consumption at 60 minute intervals, so it sounds like there could be an issue.
